The DoubleTree LA Downtown is excited to see the both LA RAMs and USC in action this fall! Conveniently located near the LA Memorial Coleisum, our hotel is a quick 15 minutes drive from the stadium. Be sure to catch a game this football season and cheer on the LA Rams or USC!
Why we love it: This year is a historic one for the LA Rams and we are happy to be so close to the football action!
Go on an amazing "behind-the-scenes" tour of your favorite shows and movies at the famous Warner Brothers Studio. Lasting over two hours, the tour takes guests through sound stages, sets, and back lots. It's hard to pass up an opportunity like this during your stay near Hollywood.

A trip to Disneyland® is truly something magical and a must-do for families and friends visiting the Los Angeles area. The Disney California Adventure Park offers eight exciting lands featuring unique attractions, rides, and entertainment.
Why we love it: What’s not to love about Disneyland®? There’s a reason Disney is known as the “Happiest Place on Earth!” If we had to pick though, Space Mountain easily ignites our local thrill seekers.
Located about 16 miles west of our downtown hotel, you will find great entertainment at the Santa Monica Pier. Since 1909, the pier has become a popular destination due to exciting features including the Santa Monica Pier Aquarium, iconic Pacific Park Ferris wheel, live concert series, and daily recreational events. Book our Starline Tours package for a quick ride to the pier.
Why we love it: The Historical walking tour of the pier is a great way to spend an hour for any history buff. Over 100 years of fun have been had at the pier and it’s the best way to let history come alive.

During your visit, take a tour of one of the local art galleries, grab dinner at a local restaurant, and shop the latest trends at the downtown boutiques.
Why we love it: The Promenade Playhouse is a great way to sample the local theater during your stay.

Located in the heart of it all, this 160-acre park offers an amazing retreat for those visiting the area. Enjoy breathtaking views of the city and unparalleled hiking trails. Free yoga sessions are also offered on a daily basis. A visit to Runyon Canyon not only includes beautiful views, you are also bound to run into a celebrity or two during your hike.
Why we love it: Seeing the unbelievable photography from our guests when they are on the trail is one of our favorite things to do!
This iconic destination was designed by Frank Gehry and opened in October 2003. Acclaimed for its stunning architecture and state-of-the-art acoustics, the complex offers an unparalleled experience for those visiting a live performance. The Walt Disney Concert Hall is home to the Los Angeles Philharmonic and also features other cultural and musical shows.
Why we love it: The Los Angeles Philharmonic regularly goes on major international tours to bring our music to other countries. The well-rounded ensemble of this orchestra adopts many unique qualities during these tours and allows them to share our favorite music with the rest of the world.

With 21 miles of coastline, the beaches of Malibu are always a suggested destination by locals. Spend a day in the sun at the beach and then dine surfside at one of the top local restaurants. We suggest heading over to the public Zuma Beach for a relaxing day in the LA area.
Why we love it: The sun, the sand, the surf, what’s not to love? The spectacular beaches of Malibu are one of the best parts of living in L.A.

Located in Buena Park, Knott's Berry Farm is an exciting theme park featuring an ever expanding array of roller coasters and rides. The perfect place for thrill seekers and families alike, the park is a top-rated destination. Spend the day touring historical areas, dining on delicious snacks, and surging down fun water rides.
Why we love it: During the holiday season the whole park turns into Knott’s Merry Farm! The park is decked out in festive lights and decorations that are fun for the whole family.

Featuring two locations - the Getty Villa in Malibu and the Getty Center in LA - the J. Paul Getty Museum offers an expansive variety of exhibits that can be enjoyed by any audience. The Getty Center houses a collection of European and American photographs, drawings, sculptures, and decorative arts. The Richard Meier-designed Getty Villa is home to approximately 44,000 works of art and beautiful garden areas.
Why we love it: There’s a new exhibit or installation every month at the Getty Museum, whenever you visit there’s always something new to see!

The Huntington Library, Art Collections and Botanical Gardens is situated on 207 acres in San Marino. Not only does The Huntington feature premier art galleries and a well-known library, it also offers 120 acres of beautiful botanical gardens. Plan a day with the family at this unique destination.
Why we love it: The permanent Dibner Hall Exhibit “Ideas that Changed the World” is a mind blowing experience of the many fascinating breakthroughs of major scientific fields.
